Late-1800s residence with seven bedrooms, garden and an annex to be restored in Gioiella, near Castiglione del Lago, Perugia. In the hills west of Lake Trasimeno, Gioiella is a small village on the border with Tuscany, where ancient Etruscan tombs and two late medieval churches can be visited. Famous among motorcycling enthusiasts for its international circuit, also the site of world championships several times, only 10 minutes from Castiglion del Lago and the shores of Lake Trasimeno, immersed in the Umbrian countryside and surrounded by hills with olive groves.
