Old farmhouse to be completely restored near a beautiful and characteristic Tuscan village. The 18th century old farmhouse is currently in a state of abandon, it is situated on two levels totalizing 500 square meters and has the characteristic volcanic stone and brick facades typical of the area. The view 360° spans on the beautiful Val d'Orcia that has been incorporated in the list "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO. This is an area full of history, culture and traditions. A few kilometers away we find the spa and the village of San Casciano dei Bagni, the natural park with the baths of San Filippo and in approx. 90 km the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The farm covers 70 hectares (about 173 acres) of which 30 hectares (about 74 acres) of arable land, 10 hectares (about 24.7 acres) of woodland and the remaining part pasture. The property can be reached by 1 km of gravel road.
