This farming estate founded in 1973 is for sale with farmhouse, manor house, outbuildings and well- established winery on the border between the charming towns of Montepulciano and Cortona. Close proximity to Lake Trasimeno helps to produce mild winters and temperate summers that are not too dry allowing the vines to have a regular vegetative cycle. The wine falls under the production regulations of important DOCG and DOC labels such as Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano and the most recent DOC di Cortona.
